As a key member of our hospitality family, you'll craft exceptional coffee experiences and delicious meals while delivering warm, professional service. Located in the heart of Samarinda, our café is a beloved community hub, and we're seeking someone who shares our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll be behind the counter every day, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You'll also be responsible for creating and executing daily specials, ensuring our menu is fresh and exciting. On the culinary side, you'll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from breakfast items to light meals, using our commercial kitchen equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
• Create and execute daily specials and promotions to attract customers
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using our commercial kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coffee and culinary arts
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and espresso machines
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed
