📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
