📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.,Oversee the management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new strategies into the team's workflow.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.,Report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of digital marketers.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Hootsuite.,Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
