📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and interpret between Mandarin and English for our Chinese customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Assist with managing inventory and processing orders using our internal systems like Shopify and ERPNext.
• Provide customer support to our Chinese clientele, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the online retail and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and customer service.
• Assist with the organization of team meetings and events.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
• Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with a strong understanding of both languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or customer service roles, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
