Salon Anggi Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Operational Manager to join our team. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the work of the kitchen, service, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
