📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting processes including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast for the department.,Support the finance manager in the development and implementation of financial strategies.,Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
