📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and other industry stakeholders to enhance membership offerings.,Drive revenue growth through innovative partnership initiatives and programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success and satisfaction.,Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, including contract negotiations and compliance.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.,Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure targets are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve partnership strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in membership partnerships, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships in the travel industry.,Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with travel industry software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
