📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, guides, and other technical materials to support our customers.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.,Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus.
