As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic advice to senior management.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
