As a Certified Material Analyst, you will work closely with our production teams to analyze metal samples using advanced equipment such as XRF (X-ray Fluorescence), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), and EDX (Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy). Your daily tasks will include sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and reporting, ensuring that our products meet international quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct material testing and analysis using XRF, SEM, and EDX equipment.
• Prepare and analyze metal samples to determine their chemical composition and physical properties.
• Perform quality control tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Generate detailed test reports and analysis results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, testing methods, and technological advancements.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Certification as a Certified Material Analyst (CMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material testing and analysis, preferably in the metal industry.
• Proficient in using XRF, SEM, and EDX equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASTM standards.
