📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event budgets.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Manage event logistics, including room setup, catering, and equipment rental.,Assist in the creation and distribution of event invitations, menus, and other promotional materials.,Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and other relevant information.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure all aspects of the event are handled smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
