📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
