PT Sentosa Digital Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees by implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on health and safety practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.,Collaborate with management to ensure that health and safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health and safety activities and incidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.,Certification in health and safety management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software tools.,Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
