📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects related to Apple Pay and other fintech innovations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of Apple Pay and other payment systems into existing and new applications.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Work with business analysts to gather and analyze user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in fintech and payment technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and services.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing among project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on fintech or payment systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Experience with Apple Pay integration and other payment systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
