As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by performing quality control checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise.,Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes to improve efficiency and consistency.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of patients and the hospital.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.,Manage laboratory budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use of supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a strong background in hematology, chemistry, or microbiology.,Certification in laboratory management and quality control from a reputable organization is a plus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and supervise a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software, including automated analyzers and LIMS systems.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
