📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of live streaming hosts to create engaging and high-quality content.
• Develop and implement live streaming strategies to maximize viewer engagement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align live streaming efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital content creation.
• Train and mentor team members on live streaming techniques and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and regulations for live streaming content.
• Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during live streams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live streaming leader or similar role, with a strong track record of success in live streaming operations.
