📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance to management.
  • Handle any logistics-related issues or complaints from customers or internal departments.
  • Participate in training and development programs for logistics staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Sulawesi Selatan.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language.
