📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop accurate job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
