📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify passive candidates.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate selection.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
