📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales of scoliosis and spine solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to generate leads and close sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the wellness and spine care industry.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals and targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
