📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs,Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle HR-related inquiries and resolve employee issues,Collaborate with management to address HR challenges and opportunities,Contribute to the creation of a strong employer brand

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role,Strong understanding of Indonesian and Malaysian labor laws and regulations,Proven experience in managing HR operations in a multi-cultural and international environment,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proficiency in English, with additional language skills an advantage,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
