📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all contract-related financial activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of contracts, including terms, conditions, and payment schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to resolve any issues related to contract compliance and financial accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into contract performance and financial health.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide financial support to the business development team, including budgeting and forecasting for new contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract-related transactions and ensure proper reconciliation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract accounting or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and growing company.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
