📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recruit and onboard new drivers, ensuring they meet our high standards of professionalism and reliability.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain drivers, leveraging local community networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in driver recruitment or community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Bali's transportation and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
