As an Open Pit Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire lifecycle of open pit mining assets, from planning and development to production and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, engineers, and safety officers, to ensure that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the entire lifecycle of open pit mining assets, from planning and development to production and closure.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of mining assets and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, engineers, and safety officers, to ensure the successful execution of mining projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in open pit mining operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale mining assets.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Proficient in using mining software and tools, such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certifications such as Certified Mining Professional (CMP) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
