📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage branch operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address feedback.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.
• Train and mentor sales and service staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive or technology distribution sector.
• Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Xpeng brand and electric vehicle technology is a plus.
