As a Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with our drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our vehicles are always on the road, delivering goods to our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring vehicle performance, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. With your expertise in fleet management, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our fleet operations and contributing to the overall success of PT Logistik Nusantara Solusi.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal route planning.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules, and coordinate with mechanics for timely repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including fuel suppliers, insurance providers, and maintenance service providers.
• Ensure that all vehicles are equipped with the necessary documentation and that drivers have the required licenses and certifications.
• Provide training and support to new drivers and ensure that they are familiar with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software, such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and scheduling software, such as Route4Me or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
