📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Implement system improvements and updates to enhance performance and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain IT solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring their IT needs are met.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on networking.
• Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft System Center.
